American saxophonist Scott Hamilton, with his golden tone, has long been amongst the world’s top jazz tenor players. Signed to the prestigious Concord jazz label in 1977, forty albums later he is still recording for them.
Along the way he has made albums with Woody Herman, Tony Bennett, Gerry Mulligan, Buddy Tate, Warren Vache and many more. Scott regularly sells out shows in London, Europe and the USA. He brings with him his superb, regular UK quartet, featuring three of the best British players.
Scott was named International Jazz Saxophonist of the Year in the 2007 inaugural Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Awards.
