A 30-minute taster class that lets you try Reformer Pilates, learn the basics, and see how it feels. A quick, intro for any level.

About this Event

This 30-minute Reformer Pilates taster class gives you the chance to try a session and learn the key basics and fundamentals. It’s suitable for complete beginners or anyone who has tried Reformer Pilates before.

Please note: As this is a trial class with no pre-assessment, it isn’t suitable for anyone currently experiencing injuries or pain. We can still help with this however, please feel free to contact us should you require further assistance.
