Motivation & Self Care Workshop

If you're a woman over 45 who is feeling a bit unsure about the future, need a bit of a positive boost and work out what you want to do next, this workshop is for you. I share my story and then we discuss how we can help you move forward with a fresh outlook for 2026. Tickets are limited to 6. £22 per person includes a drink and goody bag. Email for tickets.
