Join us for a 10-week mindfulness course to learn how to be present, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being!

About this Event

I have been practicing informal mindfulness myself and introducing this to my clients for a while now, with some lovely results.

Now it's time to take that a step further with a wonderful 10 week mindfulness course

This course is designed to reduce stress, bring calmness, improve sleep and help you better cope with anxiety.
