Summer is coming ☀️

Selected Sunday mornings, we come together again to flow on the sand, breathe in the salty sea air with salty hair after if you’re dipping with us 😃

I am thrilled to have been given my beach license for the 6th year to hold this space for you.

Beach yoga has its challenges with its varied terrain but with it so much freedoms to explore your fun side, try new things and find joy in the process.

Bring-
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Swimwear (for optional dip)
Smiles and positivity

No refunds but if weather causes event to be cancelled you will be offered refund or exchange.
