Sports Hub - Circuits & Badminton

Hello Marauders!

We are excited to announce that we have joined forces with Sport in Mind and the team at NERS to deliver our Marauders Sports Hub - Circuits & Badminton.

Join us at 3pm every Monday for our instructor-led circuits classes and/or Badminton with Kevin & Gareth. These classes are designed for all levels of fitness and abilities - you choose whether you want a gentle hour of exercise or you can push yourself harder for a more strenuous workout. Whatever you decide it's about getting yourself together with your Marauder mates to move more, to increase strength, achieve better mobility, flexibility and balance.

All men of any age welcome and it's all FREE of charge. Just pre-register using the QR Code or just turn up and register on the day.
