We are going to give this a go!
Provisionally setting the date for Thursday May 29th 10.00-12.00 (time depending on how quickly we sell out of cakes!)
Anyone who is willing to cook up some home-baked cakes, or donate their time to run the sale on Thursday, please contact the store either on here or call us on 01443 709321 to confirm what you are happy to donate (anything is much appreciated).
Can we please ask for any home-baked cakes to be accompanied by a list of ingredients to help anyone with potential allergies check what they are able to have.
Please can everyone who purchases a home-baked cake be aware that as it says on the tin...these will be home-baked. Not prepared in an allergen-free factory, so can you please be responsible for managing your own allergies or intolerances as we are unable to guarantee items are allergen-free.
We hope this doesn't cause offence but the last thing we would want is anyone having a reaction or becoming unwell.
Anyone willing to donate shop-bought cakes please feel free to drop them into store at any time from now (equally much appreciated).
We would hope to have the majority of donations in place the day before if possible to help us get sorted 1st thing the next day.
Boss Lady's little boy is coming along too so setting up a Bake Sale whilst managing a curious and boisterous 2 year old is going to take some doing �
