Five-week Yoga course starting on Wednesday the 6th of August, 6pm at Cilfynydd Community Centre.
Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work through the Pranayama, Asana and Kriya of the Gitananda Yoga tradition. The class is suitable for beginners as well as those who have experience. We will start slow and build up.
Class dates: August 6th, 13th, *2 week break*, September 3rd, 17th
If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every 5 weeks is different.
What is included?
🟠Five one-hour ten-minute classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.
🟠Short online videos to practise at home between classes. Handouts to deepen your Yoga practise.
🟠Organic chocolate in class one. A Gong Bath relaxation in class five.
