Relay For Life Pontypool – July 5th & 6th at Pontypool Park
Relay For Life is a powerful team fundraising event that brings communities together in the fight against cancer. Taking place in over 25 countries with 5,000 events worldwide, Pontypool is proud to host one of only two relays in all of Wales.
Join us on July 5th and 6th at Pontypool Park for a truly meaningful experience. Visitors are warmly welcome throughout the day to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere filled with entertainment for all ages, a variety of stalls, and food and drink vendors.
Throughout the day, stop by the Candle of Hope tent, where you can decorate a candle bag in honour of someone affected by cancer. These bags will be part of our moving Candle of Hope Ceremony at 9:30 PM—a time to reflect, remember, and show support for everyone touched by cancer.
Whether you’re walking the track, cheering on teams, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, Relay For Life is a chance to come together, celebrate survivors, support those currently facing cancer, and remember loved ones lost — all while raising vital funds for life-saving research.
