Did you ever think you would see the day when an entire restaurant menu was dedicated to Welsh rarebit?? Well rejoice, for now you have!

For one night only we are turning the Taproom into what is probably the world's first Welsh rarebit restaurant!

This is a chance for you to try some of the new rarebit inspired dishes we have been working on. And the best part? They're all half price.

What a time to be alive!

Here's the menu:
- The Taffy Cheese Steak (our take on the classic American Philly Cheese Steak with rarebit sauce instead of cheese)
- Macaroni Rarebit (Macaroni cheese substituting cheese for rarebit. Meat free.)
- Rarebit Dog (Frankfurter in brioche bun smothered in grilled rarebit
- Smash Rarebit Burger (Homemade smash burger with melted rarebit on the patty and the bun)
- The Pie Of Wales (short crust pie filled with leek and...you've guessed it....rarebit sauce. Meat free.)

All come with chips or salad.

The main reason we're doing this is to get your feedback on the dishes, so we'd really value hearing your thoughts on them after eating.
