Join Amy from Sacred Sounds at the beautiful Santosha yoga studio for a relaxing sound bath. Helping stressed-out souls reconnect, recharge, and feel the good vibes because let’s face it we are all in need of a little reset these days! Her sessions are like a cosmic spa day for your mind, body, and spirit. 🌙

Instruments used are crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments all devised to aid in well-being.

What you Will Need:

•Comfy clothes, layers for warmth or cool layers if it’s hot, a cushion for your head, blanket and eye mask
