Kundalini Yoga at Yule

Honour the Winter Solstice and celebrate the return to lighter days with this 150 minute Healing Practices workshop.

We will use pranayam (breath work), a partnered kriya (book on with a partner or pair up with a student on the day), relaxation, meditation and mantra, with the intention of healing ourselves and others.

Followed by time to connect and enjoy some tea and healthy snacks.

With Santosha Yoga Studio's support, I'm offering this extended session at the regular class price as a festive gift, in gratitude for the blessings that have come my way through the magical practice of Kundalini Yoga.
