This 2-day workshop offers a sanctuary for introspection, growth, and renewal through a blend of mindful practices, insightful discussions, and soul-stirring activities.

Refreshments will be provided, you just need to bring your lunch money as we will order food in to be delivered - Fish & Chips on Saturday, Sunday Dinner (other options available) on Sunday
£85 per person payable at the time of booking, sorry, no exceptions as places are limited to 8 people so I cannot take a booking without payment - even for friends.

We've got 5 friendly dogs, who will be kept out of the way when class starts but mentioning it in case you're allergic to dogs.
