Yoga to get you dancing: Both movement and dance are proven to boost our wellbeing so why not mix them together! 45mins of suggested dance through yoga asna, move as little or as much as you want.
Tea Break : Take a moment to rest, drink and/connect
Improvised sound jam: Your voice matters! quite literally, click a beat, hum a note splurge weird noises. There is no wrong here. Let's create together.
