Come ride the Newton & Madison County backroads with us for a one-of-a-kind side-by-side property run + tour. Kick up a little gravel, tour active listings, meet great people, and finish the day with prizes and a full belly. If that’s not a good Saturday, we don’t know what is. �
Who’s invited
Buyers, neighbors, and “just curious” folks — not looking to buy? No problem. Come enjoy the ride and the views.
All brokerages with properties in the area — bring your listings and your crew. If you are in Arkansas, bring your crew. This is a friendly get together with no competition just friends and a great time.
Our industry partners — title companies, lenders, surveyors, inspectors, photographers, contractors, ATV/UTV shops… if you help make deals happen, we want you there.
Day plan:
Breakfast meet-up & check-in
Backroad property loop with designated stops (there will be prizes)
Midday lunch stop
Evening meal & get-together + prize drawings
