Life Skills and Social Skills for Independence-Socialization and Digital Safety

This empowering class helps young adults with mild disabilities build confidence in daily life and relationships. Students will learn essential skills for independent living, with a special focus on digital safety and responsible technology use. Alongside practical lessons, engaging activities will strengthen social skills, encourage meaningful connections, and provide tools to thrive both online and in the community.
