Guided Meditation & Sound Bath

Sometimes, we all need space to pause – to breathe, to reflect, to simply be.

You're invited to join us on Wednesday, August 5th from 6:00–7:30 PM for a Guided Meditation and Sound Bath – a gentle, welcoming experience designed to promote calm and emotional healing.

Led by Hypnotherapist and Meditation Instructor Anna Antanies and Sound Practitioner Carolyn Fosco, this evening is for anyone navigating grief, stress, or simply seeking a moment of peace.

Yoga mats, eye masks, and blankets will be provided for those who’d like to lie down. Comfortable chairs will also be available if you prefer to sit.
