PACE – Pomona Open House

We’re inviting seniors and caregivers to join us for our OPEN HOUSE Celebration on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at PACE – Pomona to learn more about the AltaMed PACE program and tour the facility.

Attendees will receive a FREE boxed lunch after the tour, FREE entertainment, and receive a FREE gift without obligation.
