Hello Sunny Coast Radiant Beings!
Due to popular demand we are hosting our next Handpan & Tongue Drum workshop as a mini day retreat in the luscious backdrop of the Noosa Hinterland at our yoga studio overlooking the Coorora Creek Park and mountain, at unit 7 'Vibe' complex, 9A Factory st Pomona.
The day will be filled with lots of special treats woven into the informal and chilled out vibe of the workshop.
The workshop will allow you the opportunity to explore these amazing instruments with time and space to learn playing techniques, rhythmic patterns, and melodies to open your creative expression.
Our cosy and comfortable studio space will play host to a fusion of music, movement, meditation and a mystical sound bath that will transcend all the senses of mind, body and spirit.
The essence of the workshop is to connect with your heart and tap into a place of joyful intuition, deep listening and creativity.
When we let go of thoughts and words, and lead from the heart the magic will flow through the hands.
You will be guided and nurtured in a safe, inclusive and relaxed environment surrounded by the tranquility of luscious nature, ethereal sounds, gentle practices, divine himalayan bowls, delicious herbal teas and yummy treats.
The workshop is open to anyone and everyone interested in learning or advancing their playing skills. Having a musical background is not a prerequisite in learning to play, as intuitive experimentation will be very much encouraged. This will be a constant theme that applies to all the activities throughout the day.
We will have a selection of handpans and tongue drums to use, and of course you are most welcome to bring your own instrument if you have one.
There will be an opportunity to purchase an instrument if that is calling you, or we are happy to guide you to investigate different options to explore other handpan scales and makers.

WHEN : Sunday August 10th 2025
WHERE : Unit 7 'Vibe' complex, 9A Factory St, Pomona 4568, a few doors from The Majestic Theatre.
TIME : 10 am - 3 pm
WHAT TO BRING : Water bottle, cushion, blanket, yoga mat (we have some available if you don't have one), an open heart and a curious mind.
It is also recommended to wear comfortable clothes, as there will be some gentle (optional) Qigong and meditation as well.
Please bring a plate for a shared lunch. Herbal tea, refreshments and homemade treats will be provided.
