Ericka Olguin brings over 25 years of experience in education and is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a background in Ethnic and Women’s Studies, she has led programs that close opportunity gaps for underrepresented students and communities. Known for her unifying presence, Ericka creates spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued—bringing communities together through empathy, dialogue, and respect.
