Feel free to bring the kids—just keep their physical ability in mind. Friends and family are welcome too. BHE-Sac is an inclusive community open to all!

What to Bring:
• Lots of water
• Snacks
•Lunch
• Hat and sunglasses
• Jacket
• Hiking poles
•Extra clothes if you want to swim

Schedule:
Come on time to stretch and debrief
• Arrive by 7:00AM.


The full route, if you go all the way around, is just over 8 miles. With the continuous ups and downs it can feel like a lot further though.

Good physical endurance is a must if you're going to make it all the way.
