Unlock the full creative potential of the camera in your pocket! This inspiring and practical iPhone photography class is designed for anyone who wants to take better, more compelling photos—no matter their experience level.
Whether you’re photographing people, pets, places, or everyday moments, you’ll learn how to use your phone’s features with greater confidence and creativity. We’ll explore the essentials of mobile photography, including how to make the most of available light (especially in low-light situations), how to take more engaging portraits, and how to compose shots that stand out.
The class will include live demonstrations, engaging discussions, and helpful guidance on using your phone’s camera settings—from exposure and focus to different shooting modes. Demonstrations will be done on an iPhone, but the principles apply to all smartphone cameras.
We’ll also spend time outdoors practicing techniques in the field, so you can immediately apply what you’ve learned and get hands-on support. This is not about technical perfection—it’s about discovering new ways to see and capture the world around you.
Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to get more from your phone’s camera, this class will invigorate your eye, sharpen your instincts, and inspire your creativity.
All smartphones and experience levels are welcome. Come ready to explore, experiment, and have fun!
Susan and Neil Silverman are a husband-and-wife photography team with over 25 years of experience teaching, traveling, and capturing meaningful moments. From iPhones to DSLRs, we love helping others discover their creative eye. Whether in the classroom or out in nature, we believe photography is about connection, storytelling, and seeing with intention.
