Warm your senses and celebrate the season with this flavorful and elegant menu.

We’ll begin with a silky Butternut Squash Soup, topped with toasted pepitas, a swirl of crème fraîche, and fragrant sage leaves for the perfect autumn starter.

For the main course, you’ll learn how to prepare Roasted Pecan-Crusted Mahi-Mahi, finished with a drizzle of golden honey butter. To complement the fish, we’ll create a crispy medley of Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower, roasted to perfection for a satisfying balance of textures and flavors.

This hands-on class is designed to inspire confidence in the kitchen while showcasing dishes that are as comforting as they are impressive. Bring your appetite and enjoy a delicious evening of cooking, learning, and seasonal delights!
