Full Moon Embodiment Practice

As we enter into the full moon time, let's gather in sacred community to set our heart's sincere intention, move our bodies with freedom and grace, and align even more deeply with our inner wisdom.

Intention setting ritual, Shamanic journeying, and journaling. Connect breath and movement, enjoy a guided somatic practice, free form dance, and closing share.

Dress in loose comfortable clothes, have a blanket and eye pillow, a journal and pen, a candle, and a cup of something nourishing to drink.
