Mini Cheese Raviolis with Crispy Panchetta, Peas, Asparagus, Served with a creamy Gorgonzola Sauce.Dessert will be Mini Chocolate Dipped Cannoli's

This class is one of my favorite!!!I will definitely be joining the group for the meal. I Can't Wait!

The Mini Raviolis are filled with 4 cheeses. Served with Crispy Panchetta, Roasted Asparagus and Onion, Baby Peas and a Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce. We will also be making Cannoli's, Some dipped in Chocolate and some dusted with powdered sugar.
