August 2nd 1pm - Gluten Free Baking Class-This is for all ages.

This is going to be fun and educational class, along with being delish!

This is going to be fun and educational class, along with being delish!

We will learn how to make Gluten Free Pate a Choux. We will make and fill them with Lemon Pistachio Mousse and Drizzled with White Chocolate.

Next we will be making a Gluten free Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Filling. They are made as and individual cake assembled in acetate. Finished with a cute little carrot on top.

These recipes are something you can use in so many ways and will keep coming back to them.
