This Class is for all ages and is so much fun!

You will learn to make Traditional Sushi Rolls called Maki. We will also learn to make inside out rolls Uramaki.

We wil be working with an assortment of ingredients:

Seasoned Sushi Rice * Ahi Tuna *Spicy Ahi Tuna * Smoked Salmon *Tempura Shrimp *Mango*Avocado *Scallions *Cabbage *Carrots *Cream Cheese *Sriracha Mayo *Eel Sauce *Wasabi *Sesame Seeds * Toasted Panko crumbs
