Pasta Class 4 Cheese Tortellini's with Peas, Crispy Panchetts, Roasted Garlic, Sundried Tomatoes, Toasted Pignoli Nuts and Pecorino Romano

Everyone will learn to make their own pasta. Then you will learn to make Tortellini's (or belly buttons as they say)They will be served with Peas, Roasted Garlic, Crispy Panchetta and Sundried Tomatoes.
