Sausage and Cheese Raviolis with a Sundried Tomato Vodka Sauce, French Apple Cake

This class is with super yummy flavors!

The Sausage and Cheese will have both Hot and Sweet Sausage, Marscapone, Ricotta and Mozzarella. Our sauce is a Vodka Sauce with Sundried Tomatoes and toasted Walnuts, finished off with Pecorino Romano and Cracked Black Pepper.

For Dessert: French Apple Cake with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
