Cheese Raviolis with Crispy Panchetta, Peas, Asparagus, Served with a creamy Gorgonzola Sauce.

Dessert will be Mini Chocolate Dipped Cannoli's

This class is one of my favorite!!!

The Ravioli's are filled with 4 cheeses. Served with Crispy Panchetta, Roasted Asparagus and Onion, Baby Peas and a Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce. We will also be making Cannoli's, Some dipped in Chocolate and some dusted with powdered sugar.
