MINDFUL MUSIC IN THE PARK

Join us for our 3rd year offering an accessible Community Sound Bath with crystal bowls, chimes and other soothing sounds to transport you peacefully into the upcoming weekend!
Fresh air, sunshine and birds singing … it really is nourishing!

✨All are welcome. JUST COME!
✨Bring a blank or chair and get cozy with us under the big tree.
✨❗️Park is accessible for wheelchairs and There are Bathrooms!!
✨This is a free/donation based event that supports my Special Hearts Adaptive Wellness program. A program that provides adults with varying disabilities access to person centered care and wellness practices including yoga therapy, meditation, creative movement, art, expression, connection, and so much more.
✨No RSVP necessary but it does help me know who to expect and if I need to cancel, I can inform you but otherwise you are just free to show up!

✨ BONUS: Bring a bagged lunch and join us for connection and conversation under the pavilion!
