Spend a few hours experiencing food and beer from the cerebral to the sensory.
Your ticket includes a guide to brewing by Alli MacDonald, who we’re proud to present as a leader in the Australian beer industry. And to add hoppy icing to this yeasty cake, your tasting will also be informed by our favourite cicerone, Mon Hinton of Block ‘N’ Tackle.
Then, after fun times in our little space, you’re invited to join us on a short train journey to Lisarow to visit our friends at Hawkesbury Brewing Co.
Alternately, if you’ve have enough experiencing, tasting and us, simply hop on a train toward Woy Woy or Gosford. Or home for a nap, and still have time for dinner.
We will be serving food and liquor, so please make transport arrangements at 2pm from either Locomotive Station at Tascott or later from Hawkesbury Brewing at Lisarow.
ABOUT ALLI MAC
Alli MacDonald worthily spent her recent time as Head and Lead Brewer for Lion which included brewing for Malt Shovel and Little Creatures. Alli has also brewed for Matilda Bay and Carlton And United. At the same time Alli was serving her industry as President of the Australian Chapter of the Pink Boots Society.

Bookings are essential. Numbers are limited.
There will be chairs and stools for you to perch. Tables will be available to rest your glass. Because our space is cosy conversations are vibrant and inevitable so we encourage mingling between groups and guests. For this reason, there will be no allocation of tables.
Unfortunately, we cannot sell tickets to children and everyone at the event must have prebought a ticket. This protects our liquor licence.
