Looking Forward Restorative Event

We are in a new year! Let’s focus on the now and get excited about what we see looking forward, while we graciously leave 2025 and the rest behind.

We will be doing a mini brunch by Charming Fig Charcuterie, followed by restorative yoga, journaling, breath work, goal setting, and a sound bath!

This is an event to let go of everything you have been holding onto that no longer serves you, and have community with others doing the same.

Please bring a yoga mat, bolster or pillow, yoga blocks if you have them and blanket. Please let me know if I need to bring these for you to borrow for the event. ♥️🧘‍♀️
