To celebrate this exciting team up, we are hosting two BBQs at two of our properties:

This is an excellent opportunity for residents to benefit from services such as In-Home Doctor Visits, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Services, and more! We are very excited to work with these wonderful companies and help the HACP community!
