Full Hunters Moon Yoga Class and Sound Bath

The Hunter’s Moon rises as a symbol of perseverance and transformation—a reminder that we are capable of enduring life’s seasons of change with strength and resilience.

Join us for an empowering yoga practice under the glow of the Full Hunter’s Moon. We’ll flow through dynamic sequences that build stamina and inner fire, while grounding poses help steady the body and mind in times of transition. Each movement is paired with intentional breath to cultivate courage and clarity.

Our practice will close with a restorative sound bath, weaving vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to deepen release, reset energy, and seal in balance.

This class is designed to leave you feeling strong yet centered, ready to meet change with grace and endurance.
