ISCS Concert: Voices Oppressed and Liberated

Join the Idaho State-Civic Symphony for our second featured concert of the season, Voices Oppressed and Liberated. The program will feature the intimate works of Dmitri Shostakovich, Gioachino Rossini, Richard Strauss, and Joseph Haydn as they explore the themes of suffocating oppression and triumphant liberation.
