Free Yoga Class

Join us for a beginner-friendly yoga class designed to honor your body and nourish your spirit. This complimentary class is part of our celebration of National Yoga Awareness Month and is the perfect opportunity to step onto your mat—whether it’s your first time or a return to your practice.



We’ll move through a gentle, grounding flow that blends breath with movement, helping you release tension, build strength, and find inner calm. Expect a supportive atmosphere, guided relaxation, and space to reconnect with yourself.
