Stroll through the kitchen gardens in the 17th-Century English Village with one of our food historians, gathering ingredients, including edible flowers, to construct your own 17th-century style grand sallet. Bring your own salad bowl, or purchase one of our reproduction 17th-century ceramic bowls to take your salad home in!
