Wellbeing Workshop

Join me Jem from RebalanceU for a wellbeing workshop where we will look at creating our own vision or mood boards. Discuss manifestation and what that means to you. Take a short tea break before I invite you to join me in an empowerment themed sound bath. Leaving you feeling like you take on the world.

Please bring whatever you feel you need to be comfortable laying on the floor. FREE parking opposite the hall, disabled access and toilet facilities available. This is a safe space session so that you can be authentically you.
