Weekend Meditation Retreat

Join us for our annual Weekend Away Retreat with the Midwest Kadampa Meditation Centers: Chicago, Indianapolis, Bloomington, and Madison. Enjoy periods of rest, quiet reflection and meaningful connection. Return home truly refreshed and inspired.

The teachings and guided meditations will be on love. Why meditate on love? Everyone needs love in their hearts. Love makes you happy; love makes others happy. It is nourishing, protective, and provides joy and meaning to our life. Through the practice of love, we will have a clear direction and purpose, and gradually access our potential to experience a powerful and all-embracing love.

No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
