the mess in the park

Come enjoy a variety show hosted by Caroline Litteken of The Mess. The Mess is a Minneapolis-based arts organization providing local musicians with support in accessing music recording, live performance opportunities, and cultivating a safe and inclusive community space across all performers and audiences. Performing bands are Anything You Want, Eldest Daughter and Joan of Profile.

Performances are held on Thursday evenings from 6:30–8 p.m. outside the French Park visitor center. Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair and others to enjoy it with! In the event of inclement weather, the decision may be made to move concerts inside to the Oakwood Room.

Participants ages 11 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
