About the event

The Calm Club - MAY

Join me for a moment of calm in this immersive Sound Bath where I take you through a guided mediation and gift you with Reiki as I walk the room. One hour of time out from your day to heal, rest and explore your mind through visualisation. This is a safe space where all are welcome.

Please bring with you whatever you need to be comfortable laying on the floor. Pillows and blankets encouraged. If you have a disability where you need to be seated chairs are available, but please still bring a blanket for comfort
