Strength Circuit: Station-Based Training
45 Minutes. Full Body. All In.
This 6-week bootcamp is not your average strength class. We’re talking high-intensity circuit-style training with stations that challenge your strength, stamina, and grit. Expect a mix of resistance bands, dumbbells, bodyweight moves, and sweat-inducing intervals — all packed into two efficient 45-minute sessions each week.
Wednesdays | 4:00 – 4:45 PM
Saturdays | 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM
October 8 - November 15th, $147/person
On Wednesdays you get the AMAZING Sherry as your instructor and on Saturdays you will have the WONDERFUL Courtney leading class!
This class is for anyone ready to feel empowered and energized while building real strength — the kind that lasts. We’ll focus on:
Building lean muscle + boosting endurance
Enhancing cardio fitness and agility
Supporting bone density and muscle mass
Lowering stress (hello, endorphins)
Improving body composition in a way that feels good
