South Devon MSN Volunteer Training Day

Join Devon Wildlife Trust at Wembury Marine Centre (PL9 0HP) for a day long training session, aimed at Devon residents wishing to join our Marine Strandings Volunteer Network and help collect vital data on dead marine animals along Devon's south coast!

The day will consist of cetacean and seal ID; how the volunteer network operates and your role within it; health and safety when attending (dead) strandings and how to record them using our MSN protocols.

PLEASE NOTE: This training is for (adult) Devon residents who will go on to volunteer to attend strandings along the South Devon coastline. There is a separate course for North Devon residents on 15th November wishing to attend strandings along the North Devon coastline.
