Leaving Plymouth Sainsbury's Marshmills on the 8th June at 7am.......day 1
Riding 42 miles to meet....Gordon , Nigel , Peter and Gary at EXETER SERVICES....Leaving there at 8am.....
Riding 102 miles to meet Daman at GLOUCESTER SERVICES approx 9.30am...leaving there at 10.15am....
Riding 130miles to arrive for fuel at KUTSFORD SERVICES approx 1300....leaving there at 13.30....
Riding 79 miles to arrive at MOTO BURTON-IN-KENDAL SERVICES 1500....meeting Jason....
Disperse to our various accommodation nearby.
18.30 we will meet at THE MILES THOMPSON public house....it's a wetherspoons
LA9 4JH...For food and a brew of some description...
Day 2.....
Meet at the SHELL PETROL STATION in Kendal Lound Rd LA9 7EG....10am...Leaving there at 10.30....
Riding 108 miles to Hawick via the A 7....passing through approx 1300
Then Riding 75 miles to the Kelpies in Falkirk...
Riding 40 miles to Perth via A876 Powmill....arriving 16.30
Riding 50 miles to Braemar Campsite via A93 arriving approx 18.45....
That's the first two days sorted....we spend the night at Braemar Campsite and in the morning (10th) we will meet Mark who will take us for breakfast at his missus cafe then lead us on a scenic route towards FORT WILLIAM....we will need to be up and packed early..😳
but can decide a time the night before...no further plans as its easy enough to get to Fort William and once there we will meet @Kevin Knight and whoever else turns up..then we can decide what we want to do for the next couple days...have I missed anything ?....any questions just ask.....all timings are approximate....but should be close all being well and with clear roads....with long journeys like thus we tend to stick around the speed limit....to preserve our licences and to conserve fuel lol.....plenty of cameras on the A7....and on the A9....pretty clear otherwise.
