The real AI is the Ancient Intelligence within us and the 'Algorithms'' we create for ourselves when we act with intention. What spiritual & holistic practices have direct physical results?
We'll begin with a discussion of As Above So Below: how our spiritual world & our physical World are related, and using these tools & practices to Get us OUT of Fight or Flight Mode and into healing mode, and we'll end with a segment of Active Breathwork.

- Intentional breathwork for calming, meditation, Sleep, & Self Regulation
-Mantras & Affirmations create a resonance which alters the architecture of our brainwaves.
-Mudras or "seals" are physical gestures to circulate & amplify spiritual energies(chi) in our physical bodies.
-Active Breathwork taps into an altered state which floods our brain & body with balancing chemicals & hormones.


Using these tools together with holistic practices forms an alignment with our higher selves & Divinity.
