Maybe you are like me & prefer to meet someone organically- have gotten the ‘hit’ that your ‘partner’ will show up while you are in your element, having fun & focused on your soul's mission. Trusting in the divine plan. You aren’t looking or searching – you are happy exactly as you are.
When it happens, it happens. You are whole, perfect, and complete exactly as you are. I get it. I see you. I hear you. I feel you. Really, I do…….

This is what inspired me to co-create the Singles Edition of Embodied Expression!
Embodied Expression is a sacred experience- immerse yourselves in the art of dance, movement & heart opening experiences, sacred connections, playful exchanges, authentic & free form expression.
The Greek term ecstasis (meaning “to stand outside oneself”) is the etymological mother of our English words ecstasy and ecstatic. Ecstasis (also spelt ekstasis) is a moment of insight; it is a moment of total immersion in being. To stand outside of, or transcend the ego.
This journey of conscious free form movement, somatics, partner play & ecstatic dance paired with carefully curated musical landscape guides you on a journey into the layers of your being.
Come as you are, and sink into this sacred space of freedom, safety and celebration.
Dance yourself into your most authentic bliss self.
Charee invites you into the depths of your spirit for complete freedom to do whatever your body wants to do in this space. If you want to shake your whole body, head to toe, rock back and forth, or crawl around on the floor, howl and moan, all are welcome. She leads you into a place where the rhythm beat of the music invites you to discover places within Self, a place where thinking & talking cannot touch.
Embodied Expression with Charee is a spiritual, transformational & illuminating experience. From opening to close- shift will take place, an activation. This is an invite to come home to your Bliss Self. A divine remembrance.
This journey will naturally bring you down into a resting position, where we will close with guided conscious sacred breathwork to calm the nervous system & gentle gong bath.
There will be an opportunity to share about our exploration with one another & open mingle time with other awake, conscious, “ready for love- because I am love” beings.
This is an invite to External Activity & Internal Exploration.
