MILC Disability Pride Festival: Adaptive Yoga

Mid-State will celebrate disability identity and culture at MILC’s first ever Disability Pride Festival. At 10am, Mid-State Technical College will offer an adaptive yoga event for anyone interested in participating. Our yoga instructor is Karla Rothman and brings many years of experience to the mat in supporting a yoga practice for all. We encourage attendees to bring blankets, yoga mats, and/or foldable chairs!
