Shadow Work Workshop : The Guilt of Receiving — Releasing the Belief That You Must Earn Love

Do you feel guilty when someone gives to you? Maybe you worry you don’t deserve it, or that you’ll owe them something in return. This shadow of “transactional love” keeps us from resting in care and nourishment.

In this workshop, we’ll unravel the roots of guilt and unworthiness, and you’ll reconnect with the part of you that is worthy of receiving simply because you exist. You’ll learn to let love in without needing to earn it.

3-Hour Format
Do you feel guilty or unworthy when others give to you? This session reveals the shadow of transactional love and the protector that insists you must always “pay it back.” You’ll begin opening to unconditional care.

Full-Day Format
We’ll dive into the deep roots of unworthiness and the inherited belief that receiving must be earned. Through shadow inquiry cards, somatic practices, and inner child work, you’ll reconnect with the innocent part of you that deserves love without condition and rewire the guilt into gratitude.
