Shadow Work Workshop : Untangling Hyper-Independence — Shadow Work into Trust and Surrender

Have you built walls so strong that letting others in feels dangerous? Hyper-independence often forms when we’ve been disappointed, betrayed, or left alone. It protects us, but it also keeps us isolated.

In this session, you’ll meet the part of you that insists “I don’t need anyone” and reconnect with the heart that still longs for closeness. You’ll practice safe ways of softening the walls and discovering the strength that comes from trust and interdependence.

3-Hour Format
When independence becomes armor, it closes the door to intimacy and support. In this workshop, you’ll meet the protector that insists “I don’t need anyone” and reconnect with the part of you that still longs for closeness.

Full-Day Format
Journey into the fortress of hyper-independence. We’ll explore the wounds that built the walls, the longing heart behind them, and the healing state of safe surrender. Through experiential practices, dyads, and movement-based rituals, you’ll discover how to trust others while staying true to yourself.
